Live Music at the Gornal Fun Day 2003 Click to Enlarge Talented local singer Emma Jayne(www.emmajayne.me.uk) is appearing at the Gornal Fun Day at Vale St. Recreation Grounds this Saturday (28th). Emma Jayne has just turned seventeen, but already has a wealth of experience on the West Midlands entertainment circuit, including storming sessions at The Old Bulls Head. She was runner up in the recent national "Wannabee" finals, held at the Mill Theatre in Dormston. On Saturday Emma Jayne will be available after her performance to sign copies of her debut CD of Classic Covers, "Wish Upon a Star". Also scheduled to appear on Saturday are a selection of stars of tomorrow from the Gornal based Academy Management Group run by Dave Hughes of The Egg Box in Louise Street. The Fun Day begins at 12 noon, with Dudley Hospital Radio as hosts. They will be introducing Emma Jayne at around 1.30pm, and the Academy Management acts at approximately 2.30pm.
