'Noise' - Monday afternoons 1.00pm -2.30pm from 22nd September 2003.
An exciting activity involving music, movement and arts for young children (and their parents). |

Playgroup - Tuesday mornings 9.00am - 10.45am from 16th September 2003.
Parents are able to leave their child for this session. The group allows children to develop personal skills and confidence as well as having an opportunity to play alongside other children. Numbers are restricted so booking a place for your child is essential. |

Pre-Nursery Group - Friday mornings 9.00am - 10.30am.
A structured session to help prepare children due to start to Nursery. Open to all children whatever Nursery they are due to attend. Again please book in advance. |

Parent and Toddler Club - Mondays 9.00am - 11.15am. Wednesdays 1.00pm - 2.30pm
Come along to the Parent and Toddler Club for a coffee and a chat with other Mum’s and Dad’s. With a story time, play and art activities for the children. There is a waiting list so please phone first. |

Yoga and relaxation - Tuesday lunch-time 1.00pm - 2.30pm.
Take a break and de-stress. A creche is available but places must be booked in advance. This is a friendly group and is open to all. |

Women’s Health Group - Wednesday mornings 9.30am - 11.30am
A 45 minute exercise class followed by a discussion on health issues. A creche is available but places must be booked in advance. |

Tums and Tots - Thursdays 12.00 - 2.30pnm
